• A valid Return Request is raised within the return window (usually 7 days from delivery unless otherwise mentioned).
• The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition, including all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
• The request complies with Style Syndicate's return policies.
• The return is approved by the Style Syndicate Quality Check Team.

Note:
Due to hygiene concerns, Innerwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status via email or SMS.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Modes:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the card used
• Net Banking: Refunded to the originating bank account
• UPI/Wallets: Refunded to the respective UPI ID or wallet

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be denied and items will be re-shipped if:

• The product shows signs of use or damage
• Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing
• The returned product does not match what was shipped
• The return violates our policy
• You refuse the re-shipped product

Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent through unapproved logistics providers.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid Orders cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed fraudulent, bulk, or in violation of our Terms of Use.
